Help Desk & Managed Service Maintenance


Nodesphere's Managed Service Partnerships incorporate Help Desk/Phone Support services during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), unlimited remote access and support, full software inventory and other services as required. In addition we provide on-site support of network router, firewall and server, anti-virus checkups, backup audits, OS system updates, security updates, weekly performance tuning and performance log/statistics. Of course, all services are also available on a per-project or hourly basis.
