Our Network Operations Center is readily available to assist in getting new users on-board. Our Internet enabled residential clients enjoy features including unlimited onsite maintenance, connectivity support, network monitoring through a dynamic web interface, real time incident reporting and a yearly average uptime of 99.7 percent.

Wireless speed is offered in site-specific bundles. Our initial package offers a 3.0 Mbps upstream and 3.0 Mbps downstream speed. If you're looking to increase that initial speed, just let us know contact us. We use state-of-the-art web enabled caching engines as well as dedicated onsite DNS servers to maximize the internet experience to the end user. This solution offers fast internet access anywhere in the building.

Fully Managed Network Security and Monitoring

Nodesphere will provide you with a comprehensive solution to deter and protect against potential security attacks. We take the burden of service management from the building and bring the comfort of proven security measures and practices to your tenants. Our approach begins at the building. Our solution offers secure client connection through WEP encryption, Mac address lock-down, IP reservations as well as secure tunneling through IPsec and radius authentication. We also maintain network Intrusion Detection Systems that constantly monitor and autonomously deter network attacks.
